The Tracking menu allows real-time monitoring of tags (GPS/GNSS) added to the system. Data can be displayed in both tabular format (List View) and on a map.
List View
- This default view presents the tags in a table format, where you can search, filter, and monitor all registered tags.
- Each row represents a tag, identified by the “Tag ID” column. At the beginning of each row, three small icons indicate communication status, movement status, and battery level (from left to right).
- Additional columns include:
- Battery level (Tag charge).
- Current zone (Zone ID, Zone name).
- Last movement timestamp (Last moved).
- Last communication timestamp (Last updated).
- Clicking the arrow at the end of a row opens the Map View for the selected tag.
- In the “list view,” multiple tags can be selected and displayed on the map simultaneously. To do this, check the checkboxes located on the left side of the list view to select multiple entities, then click the “Show selected” button at the top-right corner to display them on the map.

Map View
- The map displays the tag’s current position (or the last known position if the tag is discharged or out of range), traveled paths, and zones.
- Zones are represented as orange polygons with white outlines.
- Tags are visualized using uniquely colored icons and paths matching their respective colors.

Exporting Data
The SmarTrace system is designed to allow users not only to access and utilize stored data via the web interface but also to download the required data packages in their preferred format. Both the “tracking” and “resources” menu options provide data export functionality. You can find the relevant icons in the gray bar at the bottom of the screen. From left to right, the options are:
- XLSX Export: Download a formatted Excel spreadsheet.
- CSV Export: Download raw data for later formatting or processing.
- PDF Export: Download a ready-to-use table in Adobe PDF format, similar to the Excel export, accessible on any device.
