ConnectBox
This module is the central control element of the SmarTruck and SafeTruck solutions. The ConnectBox module integrates all the different extension modules by using dedicated interfaces to provide additional functionalities.
Card Reader
The Card Reader reads the machine operators' RFID identification cards and provides visual and audible signals to the operators about the MHE's status.
DC-DC Converter and Level-Shifting Circuit
The DC-DC Converter and Level-Shifting Circuit shall be used, when the given MHE can only provide higher than 30V power supply and external signal voltage levels to the ConnectBox module.
Relay Module
The Relay module provides MHE enable/disable control and MHE speed limitation abilities for the ConnectBox module. The different controlling actions are carried out by using dedicated relay outputs.
RS-485 Bluetooth Module
The RS-485 Bluetooth module is a comprehensive extension within our solutions, providing Bluetooth connectivity and thus additional interaction and location tracking possibilities for the related SmarTruck, SafeTruck, and SmarTrace system components.
SafeRadar, SafeMark, SafePost Lite
The SafeRadar module initiates UWB-based real-time distance measurements from the surrounding resources equipped with SafeMarks (on MHEs), SafePosts (at fixed positions), and SafeTags (provided to the pedestrians).
SafeTag
The SafeTag is a handheld device providing UWB-based real-time distance measurements and distance-based safety warnings for pedestrians in the proximity of MHEs equipped with SafeRadar units.
SafeTag Charger
The SafeTag Charger device enables a scalable and space-efficient charging solution for SafeTag units by providing 12 dedicated wireless charging slots, all of which can be used at the same time.
SectorMaster
The SectorMaster device provides DC power and RS-485 connectivity for the fixed installed SafePost Lite modules to enable remote management and monitoring functionalities.
