SmarTag GNSS EX Datasheet
The SmarTag GNSS EX intrinsically safe portable, positioning and tracking device provides GNSS-based outdoor and BLE-based indoor position tracking functionalities, along with data communication capabilities over 2G/4G cellular networks. By design, the SmarTag GNSS EX can autonomously manage and bridge network outages in poorly covered areas with using a built-in offline data storage to prevent information loss.
The SmarTag GNSS EX is also equipped with dedicated components to enable visual feedback and motion state tracking capabilities. lt also can be optionally integrated with other handheld and wearable devices (e.g. smartphones, -watches) or other compatible appliances by using the built-in Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) interface.
The SmarTag GNSS EX device is intended for use in ATEX Zone 1 application environments and contains a nonreplaceable battery, which can be wirelessly recharged with the Wireless Charging Station devices provided.
